If necessary, a slope is filled in. After the surface has been primed and special stair profiles with integrated drainage have been installed, the stone carpet is laid seamlessly. For additional protection and to prevent frost damage to the subfloor, a waterproof, water-bearing layer based on liquid plastic can be applied before laying if necessary.
